My approach
Collaboration and Codesign
Whilst there are similarities across healthcare provider environments, each organisation, team and system is uniquely different. This is why I do not have a standardised offer or standardised programmes. At the heart of everything that I do at Develop to Thrive is collaboration and co-design. We will work together to understand the unique needs of your situation and how I can support you. Based on your unique needs I will develop a bespoke proposal to meet your needs, supporting you to achieve your vision.
The Develop To Thrive approach is based on 4 key principles;

- Co-designing a programme or intervention unique for the situation in your organisation

Examples of Consultancy Work Undertaken
by Develop to Thrive
- An education review for a newly appointed Chief Nurse within a specialist hospital. This programme involved performing a baseline review of the current nursing education offer, utilisation of education funding and the existing study leave policy. Finalising with a report and quality improvement recommendations.
- Conducting a benchmarking review of the Advanced Clinical Practice workforce at a large teaching foundation Trust.
- Supporting the implementation of the National Preceptorship Framework
- Co-creating career pathways for the nursing workforce within in a specialist hospital
About Your Consultant
I bring over 25 years of nursing experience and have held numerous senior nursing roles, to develop a unique expertise in nursing education and workforce development. I have worked within complex NHS organisations, Higher Education Institution and arm’s length bodies.
