Meet Jenny
I am very proud to call myself a Nurse. Proud to be part of this awesome profession. I bring over 25 years of nursing experience and have held numerous senior nursing roles, to develop a unique expertise in nursing education and workforce development.
Through Develop To Thrive, I share my knowledge and expertise as widely as I can. Consulting with organisations, to support their nursing workforce; Developing leadership capacity across the profession; Coaching nurse leaders to release their potential and lead in a sustainable way. My driving passion is seeing nurses’ growth, develop and thrive, unlocking their potential.
I am a Registered Nurse, with a Masters in Clinical Education. I am certified One of Many™ coach and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation.
